WOTEE — TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Welcome to WOTEE. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our online store and purchases made through it. By using our website, you agree to these terms, subject to any non-excludable rights provided by applicable law.

1. About Our Store

WOTEE sells T-shirts and related products through an online store powered by Shopify.

Business name: Wotee
Trading name: WOTEE
Email: sales@wotee.co.za

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and prices.

Colours may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings. Product images may be illustrative, and minor variations may occur where reasonably expected from the production or printing process. This does not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description or fails to meet applicable legal standards.

Please check the product description and size guide before placing an order.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges and any other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation and confirmation. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and to take lawful steps where pricing or listing errors occur. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that dispatch has occurred.

We will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled. Where payment has already been received for an unavailable product, we will provide the applicable refund in accordance with South African law.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.

5. Custom and Personalised Products

Where we offer customised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, text, images, sizing, and other specifications.

We may contact you to clarify a specification before production. Customised products may be excluded from certain statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where the relevant legal requirements are met. This does not exclude applicable rights relating to defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Customers must only submit artwork, photographs, logos, or other materials that they are entitled to use. We may refuse requests that unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates, shipping charges, and applicable delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

You must provide accurate delivery details. We will handle delays, failed deliveries, and lost or damaged parcels in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under South African law, including applicable rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and Consumer Protection Act.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content, branding, graphics, text, and original product artwork may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website unlawfully, attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's personal information.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store may use third-party services, including payment providers, courier services, and Shopify apps. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, but this clause does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WOTEE is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

12. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to applicable consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with its revision date.
